The Great LIFE Photographers was published in 2004 by Bulfinch Press. Great LIFE Photographers features works by more than 100 of LIFE Magazine's photojournalists. Photographers such as Alfred Eisenstaedt, Margaret Bourke-White, Gordon Parks and Joe McNally come alive in the pages of this book, which also marks LIFE Magazine's re-launch as a weekly newspaper supplement. The book features 600 black-and-white and color photographs as well as biographies and portraits of each photographer featured. All of the classic images are included: Milton Greene's Marilyn Monroe, Larry Burrows's Vietnam, Robert Capa's D-Day, John Loengard's Beatles and Joe McNally's 9/11. Along with the iconic images are little-known gems that are sure to surprise, revive, and intrigue all who view them.
