Shipping, Handling and Delivery Policy

Our commitment to quality and timely delivery has made GALLERY M a trusted partner in the fine arts since 1996. 

Shipping:

Our consultants work with each client's shipping needs uniquely.  Delivery expectations are determined at the time of your order.  Our carriers are selected on your particular needs and budget requirements.  Shipping quotes and rates are typically displayed upon checkout for standard domestic and international orders.  Your designated specialist can work with you for a customized shipping quote. When a tracking number is available, our consultants will provide the details to you via email.  

HANDLING:

All works are inspected at our receiving facilities.  We are typically using white gloves to view and handle any unframed works.  While in transit, major and independent carriers have established a cleanliness policy.  Ask your consultant for the specific carrier's policy.

DELIVERY & TIMING:

GALLERY M tracks and updates our clients throughout the order process.  Weather and transit delays do happen.  Our consultants work to ensure any delays can be avoided.  Under normal circumstances, our carriers are able to ensure a time and date to expect a delivery.  When the unexpected occurs, GALLERY M works with you to determine the carrier's capabilities.  Ultimately the carrier is responsible when they have taken possession.  Transit insurance is made available to our clients to insure against loss.   Timely delivery is a service dependent on the carrier - and subject to their rules and regulations.
